Deliveries & Pickups

At Le Rouge, we care about every hand-tied bouquet and arrangement that leaves our store, and we will not leave them at the door.

Scheduled Deliveries

a. For all deliveries, we reserve the right to call the recipient to arrange a safe delivery time for both driver and recipient.

b. Should the recipient not be home for any deliveries, the sender will be charged a second delivery fee.

c. Same-day deliveries for orders made after 2 pm will be delivered after closing hours. If urgent, please call us at 514-336-6222

Pickups

a. Pick-ups can be made during store hours. Visit our Contact page for opening hours.

b. The “Pickup” option can be selected at checkout.

c. Pickups are free of charge.

Substitutions

Due to the nature of our business, flowers and plants will be available based on season and regional availability.
We reserve the right to substitute the same or superior value, style or colour.

Refunds

At Le Rouge, we take great pride in the quality of each and every product. We carefully prepare your order prior to delivery, and your satisfaction is our priority.

Fresh Flowers and plants

a. We purchase our flowers and plants from the best growers in the world. Extreme care is given to ensure complete enjoyment, and we are committed to delivering on time, as great and as beautiful as possible. Depending on the seasonality and availability of flowers and plants, it is necessary to make substitutions of the same or greater value while maintaining the highest standard.

b. Cancellations of orders will be refunded up to 24 hours before delivery. Please call 514-336-6222 for order cancellation.

c. No refund on delivered flowers.

Non-perishable gift items

a. If you are dissatisfied with a non-perishable gift item, you may return the merchandise (with the original packaging) to our shop for an exchange of the same value or a refund within ten days of the purchase date on your original receipt. A refund will be initiated to the original payment method, and the credit (if by credit card) will be received within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

b. Store credit of the same value will be provided within 30 days of the purchase date.

c. No refund on silk flower and eternal flower arrangements. Only store credit of the same value will apply.

Fruit and gourmet baskets

Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of the same or greater value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery. There is no refund on delivered fruit/gourmet baskets.

Shipping

The recipient will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
