This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit lerouge.ca (the "Site") or make a purchase through it.

  COOKIES

- `_session_id`: A unique session identifier that allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).

- `_shopify_visit`: No data held, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider's internal tracking system to record the number of visits.

- `_shopify_uniq`: No data held, expires at midnight (depending on the visitor’s location) the next day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

- `cart`: Unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information related to your shopping cart.

- `_secure_session_id`: Unique session identifier.

- `storefront_digest`: Unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, used to determine if the current visitor has access.


- **Log Files**: Track the activity on the Site and collect data such as your IP address, browser type, your Internet service provider, referral and exit pages, and timestamp data (date and time).

- **Invisible Pixels**, **Tags**, and **Pixels**: Electronic files that record information about how you browse the Site.



Additionally, when you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including your credit card numbers [[INSERT OTHER ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS, IF APPLICABLE]], your email address, and your phone number. This automatically collected information is referred to as “Order Information.”



When we use the term “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information.


HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?


Generally, we use the Order Information we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for the shipping of your order, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
